OUR PROCESS
#1: GET IN TOUCH
If you have any questions or are ready to book your date, please fill out our contact form. We typically respond within 24 hours or less.
#2: LET'S CONNECT
After we've received your inquiry, we will be in touch via text to schedule a phone call or Zoom session to connect. This is an important call and usually a thirty-minute to one-hour discussion. During this time, we'll get to know each other, review your current wedding plans, and discuss your vision for your videography and possibly photography. We value your time and look forward to meeting you!
#3: THE COLLECTION DISCOVERY
During our consultation, we discuss everything. Your special occasion is important, and we want you to have the best film(s) to relive, including our photography add-on services if you are interested. Your desired vision will result in one of our suggested collections or a custom collection.
#4: BOOKING
If all sounds great during our consultation and you would love to move forward, I will send you an electronic agreement form to book our services. A non-refundable payment will be required when booking to secure your wedding date. The payment amount is dependent on the desired collection package and payment arrangements. We accept Venmo, Cash App, and Credit Card/Debit Card payments via email invoice.

#5: ENGAGEMENT FILM SHOOT
If you'd love a save-the-date engagement video & photo session (we will discuss complementary video services during our consultation), we'll brainstorm outfits and location ideas with a potential date.

#6: THE CHECK-IN
We will stay in contact via text message every so often to say hello, ask how everything is going, and answer any questions that may arise. You mean the world to us!
#7: THE REHEARSAL WALK THROUGH
It's important to us to be there for you during your rehearsal and meet your family & friends. The more involved we are the better film we will create.
#8: WEDDING DAY
It's time to relax and enjoy your day! I will coordinate with your planner and all of your vendors to make sure your day runs smoothly. My team and I will be there every step of the way with you capturing all your biggest moments, even the ones you don’t see. We use a mix of both candid and styled photos to tell the complete story of your day.
#9: THE DELIVERY
Your wedding is a delicate story that will take time to prestigiously create for a beautiful presentation. Thus, we do not provide an expectation delivery date so nothing is under-delivered. Know that you are important to us as we work diligently for you. We wouldn’t have the reviews & awards we do if it wasn’t the truth! However, it can take 3 - 15 months, depending on the Season you got married in and the collection package you chose.

DO I NEED TWO VIDEOGRAPHERS ON MY WEDDING DAY?
YES! There are too many important moments for one individual to capture, and up to three is actually the sweet spot. The key to having an immersive experience is more than "setting up" a camera. It's a creative perspective beyond mere capturing. It also allows more flexibility in the timeline, so we are never rushed. VE Videography is a cinematic masterpiece of immeasurable value.
DO YOU GIVE DISCOUNTS?
Your wedding is an investment in preserving one of the most important days of your life with high-quality content, allowing you to relive your love story for generations. At VE Videography, we are committed to excellence and invest in the best equipment and techniques. Our services start at $3,600, with additional incentives available for our higher-tier packages. We also offer customized payment plans.
DO YOU TRAVEL?
ABSOLUTELY! We are destination wedding videographers and would love to celebrate with you. If any extra travel costs are needed, they’ll be included in the collection package we discuss. Please be sure to communicate with us about the details of your celebration. It is our passion that you have the best experience!
ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes, we are fully insured. We understand the importance of meeting both venue and business requirements to ensure peace of mind for your special day. Additionally, we proactively communicate with your venue to handle any insurance-related needs.
